When you contact Verk Studio or submit onboarding information, we collect the details you choose to provide: name, company, email, website, project requirements and files. We use them to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver the requested work.
Contact forms are sent through our configured form-processing service. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, normally no longer than 30 days after explicit consent for a lead follow-up. You can request deletion at any time.
The AI receptionist demo is browser-based. Recording is disabled by default and demo transcripts are not retained. Customer deployments are configured with approved knowledge, privacy rules and human escalation before publication. Do not share passwords, payment details, national identity numbers or other sensitive information.
